Ring-y Grudge-y Girl

I like Ms Yamamura from the Ring, and using her as a reference to some degree, I came up with this. I'm attempting to utilize a more cartoony style with characters. She actually allowed for the creation of a new character named "Sue", who will be posted here later today.
